TRAVERSE CITY — John Socks, representing ShoreNorth Development, has requested to speak at the Traverse City commission meeting on Dec. 15 to present a vision for a new public-private partnership.

The partnership proposal focuses on the Traverse City West End Mixed-Use Development Parking Deck, aiming to enhance infrastructure and development in the area.

Socks is allotted 15 minutes under the Public Comment—Reserved section of the meeting agenda to discuss the details of the proposal.

ShoreNorth has developed a wide range of commercial, residential and mixed-use properties in Traverse City and throughout Northern Michigan.

The next City Commission meeting is set for 7 p.m. Dec. 15, on the second floor of the Governmental Center, 400 Boardman Ave.
