LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — The man accused of shooting and killing an 11-year-old boy on the 215 could face the death penalty.
The incident occurred on Nov. 14 on the 215 Southern Beltway at Gibson Road , where two vehicles were engaged in an altercation.
Tyler Matthew Johns, 22, is accused of shooting and killing Brandon Dominguez-Chavarria, who was in the back of the car on his way to school when the incident happened.

The death penalty has been submitted for review, prosecutors announced during an arraignment on Dec. 11.
Johns will appear in court on Jan. 8 for his next arraignment.
