ONEIDA, Wis. (WBAY) — Every window in Jeremiah Cottrell-Duebner’s house lights up at night, turning his gingerbread-like home tucked in the woods along County Road EE into a beacon of holiday cheer.
Having always loved the holiday season, Jeremiah’s passion began early in childhood.
“My birthday’s early November, so every time I got birthday money, I always felt like, ‘Christmas decorations are out at the store, so what can I get next?’” Cottrell-Duebner said. “Kids wanted toys. I wanted a wreath or a blow mold or something.”
His collection now includes 84 blow molds featuring everything from Snoopy to Santa to snowmen. Each decoration has a story. The passion extends beyond his home to his workplace, where he helps decorate multiple medical clinics.
