BOWLING GREEN, Ohio — Kalli Gregory has a lot to be proud of, but nothing compares to being a little sister to her brother, Trent.
“I truly believe that God put me on this earth to help share my brother's story and to teach the world that we're all unique,” Gregory said.
Trent has cerebral palsy, a permanent brain disorder that affects movement.
But for Gregory, the focus has never been on the diagnosis; it’s been on the person. She first shared that message in sixth grade, giving a presentation about living with someone who has cerebral palsy.
"That's when I knew that that was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life," Gregory said.
This weekend, Gregory will graduate from Bowling Green State University with a neuroscience degree. She describes her college journey as “very unique,
