A woman was struck by a vehicle during Thursday night's Christmas Parade in Florence, according to the Florence Police Department.

Officers say the incident happened on Court Street. According to police, the woman sustained injuries to her leg and was air-lifted to Huntsville Hospital for treatment.

Florence Police say the extent of her injuries are unknown at this time.
