BALL, La. (KALB) - Multiple Cenla teams tipped off in a tournament over at Tioga High School on Dec. 11, all hoping to add a win to their schedule.

Winnfield vs Tioga (Boys):

The Tioga Indians defeated the visiting Winnfield Tigers 71-39.

Tioga jumped to an early 5-0 lead when Kervin Johnson hit a three-pointer from the corner. Winnfield’s Wilson responded with a jumper to keep the Tigers in the game early.

The Indians continued their strong three-point shooting throughout the contest to pull away from Winnfield.

Two Tioga players reached double figures in scoring. Thomas led the Indians with 21 points while Hardie added 11 points.

Rosepine vs Tioga (Girls):

The Tioga Lady Indians defeated the Rosepine Eagles 62-57.
