The family behind a well-known Chinese takeaway in Merseyside have launched their next project. Rob Wong and Peggy Wong are behind the Chung Fad, a takeaway which has operated on South Road in Waterloo since 1997.

The family-owned takeaway is known for its popular Chinese dishes. But, despite not being on the menu, one product in particular has been a hit with customers, its chilli oil.
