ENFIELD, N.C. (WITN) - Enfield police say they arrested a man in connection with a reported armed robbery at a Dollar General.
Police say they were called to the store on McDaniel Street on Tuesday for a report of an armed robbery.
Following an investigation, officers say they identified the suspect as Mohamed Maburez.
After establishing probable cause, officers got a search warrant and went to 215 West Franklin Street in Enfield yesterday around 9 p.m.
Maburez was arrested and charged with obtaining property by false pretenses.
Maburez was taken to the Halifax County Detention Center. He was given no bond due to previous pending charges.
