Food fans in the southside have been left shocked after signs for one of the city's hottest pizza spots appeared in Shawlands.
Streetwise pizza specialists, Sear’s have been going down a storm since launching in the west end last year, and now it seems fans in the southside could be set to enjoy their famous hand-tossed, thin-crust pizza.
Signage has gone up on the vacant shopfront at 3 Skirving Street, with foodies delighted by the possibility that the pizzeria, which is inspired by NYC's famous pizza joints, could be set to open and follow the recent launch of Paesano Southside.
The NYC-style pizza joint, which sells pizza by the slice, has proved massively popular with queues regularly forming outside its doors on Chancellor Street thanks to its authentic pizza offering.
