YOUNGSTOWN - An officer with the Youngstown Police Department has been placed on leave after the FBI searched her home.

A spokesperson for the City of Youngstown tells 21 News the officer was placed on paid administrative leave after FBI agents searched her home on Thursday.

The spokesperson would not provide the officer's name, citing an ongoing investigation, but did confirm that this is a female officer.
