CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) -Viral videos showcase issues inside LIV Cleveland Apartments at East 12th Street and Chester Avenue.

The complex was previously known as The Luckman.

“Our biggest regret of the year was moving here,” said tenant Isabella Carvin.

A video of the ceiling leaking is from several months ago.

Another video of a broken elevator was taken days ago.

Carvin posted both this week on TikTok and both videos combined have more than 150,000 views.

Carvin told 19 Troubleshooters she and her roommate have been living in frustration from the moment they moved here in June.

She wants things fixed until she finds a new place.
