The Girl Scouts are sweetening their cookie lineup with a new ice cream-inspired flavor. Enter Exploremores!

Described in a press release as “rocky road ice cream–inspired sandwich cookies," the Exploremores are “filled with delicious flavors of chocolate, marshmallow and toasted almond–flavored crème."

Appearance-wise, this latest cookie addition includes two chocolate round cookies sandwiching a brown cream-filled center. Each side of the cookie sandwich is marked with the iconic Girl Scouts emblem.

Exploremores will be available nationally, both online and in person at local booths, during the 2026 cookie season. In addition to this new flavor, fan-favorite cookies returning include Thin Mints and Samoas/Caramel deLites.
