Prince Albert city police are investigating the circumstances that led to an intoxicated man being found on the ground in freezing weather on Thursday night.
They are also looking into a concerning video circulating on social media that purports to show how he got there.
In a news release on Friday, police said they responded to a report of a disturbance in the 2300 block of 10th Avenue West around 10:50 p.m. CST.
When they arrived, they found an intoxicated man lying in the snow, the release said, adding that they assessed his condition and ensured he was medically evaluated.
According to Environment and Climate Change Canada, the temperature at the time was –23.5 C, with a wind chill of –34 C.
