EFFINGHAM COUNTY, Ga. (WTOC) - The Effingham County Sheriff’s Office have confirmed that a deputy was struck Friday evening.

Officials say a crash occurred near Highway 80 and Rose Road. That’s near the Bryan County and Effingham County lines near the Ogeechee River Bridge.
