B.C. police are asking the public to help find a man who is wanted for alleged sexual offences that took place in Alberta.

Kyle Soloway, 33, was last known to be living in Nanaimo in August at the Salvation Army New Hope Centre.

An Alberta arrest warrant indicates he faces charges of sexual assault, sexual contact with a child, and failure to comply with a release order. The offences are alleged to have taken place in Red Deer, Alta., in 2023.

An arrest warrant was also issued in B.C. on Aug. 20, 2025, after Soloway allegedly failed to comply with a court order.

According to Nanaimo RCMP, Soloway is described as Caucasian, measuring about 6-foot-1, weighing 180 pounds, with short brown hair and brown eyes.
