A woman is shining some light on what’s really important for the holidays.

California mom Andrea Dahms revealed in a video on Instagram the lesson she learned after asking her 13-year-old daughter, Brinley, to “name three gifts” she got for Christmas last year.

She wrote over the video, which showed Brinley in the back of the car, “before you add another thing to your Amazon cart, ask your child this.”
