A house that sold for $980,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Mount Laurel in the past week.

The area saw a total of nine residential real estate sales during the past week, averaging $422,889. The average price per square foot was $233.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Dec. 1 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

The property at 143 Banwell Lane in Mount Laurel has new owners. The price was $128,000. The single-family house was built in 1981 and has a living area of 1,958 square feet. The price per square foot was $65. The deal was finalized on Nov. 14.
