MOHONASEN — When it comes to solving the school district’s busing problems, Mohonasen Superintendent Shannon Shine said it’s easier to ask what they haven’t done.

“I even took out a billboard, which is the first time I’ve heard of anybody, any district, doing it ever,” Shine said. “I’ve hired advertisements at local gyms where people are working out and they can see on the screen.”
