A report was issued from the National Weather Service on Saturday at 12:44 p.m. for heavy snow until 1:30 p.m. for Northern St. Lawrence, Southeastern St. Lawrence and Southwestern St. Lawrence.

"At 12:42 p.m., a line of heavy snow showers was reported along a line extending from 22 miles north of Ogdensburg to near Morristown to 8 miles southeast of Clayton. Movement was east at 35 mph," according to the weather service. "Gusty winds may blow around unsecured objects. Low visibility will pose a hazard to motorists."
