During the past week, a total of 18 residential real estate sales were registered in the area, with an average price of $287,906, or $214 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Dec. 1 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

The sale of the detached house at 13 Saint Paul Place in Manchester has been finalized. The price was $250,000. It was built in 1981 and has a living area of 1,551 square feet. The price per square foot was $161. The house features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The deal was finalized on Nov. 20.
