GREENVILLE, N.C. (WITN) - Four people have non-life threatening injuries after a shooting that happened early Sunday morning outside a South Memorial Drive business.

Greenville Police say shortly after 1:18 a.m. on Sunday, officers responded to Area 22 Hookah, located at 3016 South Memorial Drive, after receiving a report of shots fired. When officers arrived, they found four people between the ages of 22 and 34 suffering from gunshot wounds.

All four victims were transported to ECU Health Medical Center for treatment, according to police. At this time, their injuries are believed to be non-life-threatening.

Police say a preliminary investigation indicates the shooting happened in the parking lot of the business and stemmed from a fight. No additional injuries were reported at the scene
