You’d have to look around a bit to find colder weather than what Macomb County is experiencing for Sunday and Monday.
With forecasted highs not to get above the 18-degree mark, Macomb residents are shivering in temps colder than Anchorage, Moscow, and even Seoul, Korea.
But that is expected to change this week, starting Tuesday, as temperatures are set to return within a few degrees of the historical average, according to AccuWeather meteorologists.
“In Detroit, following the projected afternoon highs not far from 20 degrees Sunday and Monday, highs will rise to near 40 by Wednesday and even middle and upper 40s by Thursday,” said AccuWeather Senior Meteorologist Dan Pydynowski.
