GILBERT, AZ (AZFamily) — A teenager is fighting for his life after being shot in Gilbert on Saturday night.
Officers rushed to Deerfield Lane, near Warner and Recker roads , and found a 16-year-old boy who had been shot.
He was taken to the hospital in critical condition, according to the Gilbert Police Department.
Detectives believe the shooting was isolated and there’s no ongoing threat to the public. No other information was released.
