STAFFORD COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) -- A 32-year-old man was killed in a single-vehicle crash in Stafford County on Wednesday, according to the Stafford County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies say crews received reports around 3 a.m. of a single-vehicle crash in the area of Kings Highway and River Bend Drive.

There, deputies found a Honda Civic overturned in a ditch with a man inside who was pronounced dead.

According to an initial investigation, the car was traveling westbound when the driver overcorrected and lost control. Deputies say that speed is considered a factor in the crash.
