CORNELIUS, N.C. (QUEEN CITY NEWS) — A larceny suspect was arrested after multiple retail stores were robbed across the Charlotte area, police say.
Cornelius detectives partnered with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department and several local retailers to identify and arrest a suspect who allegedly stole from them multiple times, according to police.
Police identified Tony Williams, 34, as a suspect, accused of stealing over $100,000 worth of items from retail stores including Lowe's, Target, and Home Depot throughout the Charlotte metro area in the last 90 days.
According to court documents, Williams is accused of stealing two iPhone 16s, three Ninja Slushi machines and a pair of Rayban Meta glasses valued at $2,359.97 from the Target on Walker Branch Drive in Charlotte. He allegedly dea
