WILLISVILLE, Ark. — The Arkansas State Police (ASP) and the Nevada County Sheriff's Office (NCSO) have arrested a suspect following a high-speed pursuit and a gunfire exchange on July 22.

According to reports, police responded to a shooting at a residence on Arkansas Highway 200 in the Morris community.

Upon arrival, they discovered a 47-year-old man with life-threatening injuries. The victim was airlifted to a hospital for emergency care, where he remains hospitalized.

Police identified 35-year-old Daniel Wallace of Rosston as a suspect and issued a Be On the Look Out (BOLO) alert for him.
