The city of Mesa is partnering with a law firm to hold free classes to instruct residents on how to better understand homeowners’ associations and condominium requirements this fall.

The program, Resident’s Guide to HOA Classes: The ABCs of Enforcement for HOAs and Condos, is a partnership between Mesa and Mulcahy Law Firm. Interested residents can attend a monthly, hour-long free webinar to learn more about homeowners and condo associations.

The next class, held 11 a.m.-noon Aug. 19, covers mastering HOA and condo finances. According to Morgan Ronimus, team member at Mulcahy Law Firm, this August class will help residents and local HOA/condo board members manage budgets.
