BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) -- A video shared by a user on the Citizen App shows water flooding into an MTA bus on Thursday evening.
The incident was reported at 2 Farragut Road in East Flatbush, according to Citizen.
The video comes as New York City remains under a State of Emergency due to severe thunderstorms and flash floods.
Around 1.5 to 3 inches of rain is likely, with some areas getting up to 5 inches, according to the National Weather Service.
At least 2+ inches could fall across New York City and the rest of the tri-state area per hour.
