Below are affordable housing lotteries ending in August.
The Botanica, an affordable housing complex in Brooklyn, offers 14 one-bedroom apartments with rent that starts at $933, according to NYC Housing Connect.
There are more units available for higher rent. There are no deposits or application fees for the building. Amenities include a shared laundry room, a dishwasher in units, and a rooftop terrace.
The 43-25 52nd Street Apartments in Woodside are offering rent as low as $880.
The building has two studios for $880 a month and four one-bedroom apartments for $933 a month.
Amenities
