BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) — A second awning at the Clark St station has been deemed unsafe following the collapse of the Henry St concrete structure Sunday morning, officials said.

The large overhang that reads “Hotel St. George” on Henry Street in Brooklyn was captured collapsing to the ground on a video posted to social media. No one was injured, according to the FDNY.

The 15 feet by 20 feet structure hung over the Clark St station entrance. A spokesperson for the Department of Buildings said officials were evaluating a nearby awning for its integrity following the collapse.

According to City Councilman Lincoln Restler, the similar overhang at another Clark St station entrance was deemed unsafe. Restler said there will be no subway service at the station on Monday.
