MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. — Authorities dismantled eight illegal car rallies across Prince George's and Montgomery counties, leading to several arrests over the weekend.

According to Maryland State Police, three people were arrested by the Maryland Car Rally Task Force, comprised of the Maryland State Police, and police departments from Prince George’s, Montgomery, Howard, Baltimore counties, Baltimore City, and the Maryland Transportation Authority Police.

On Saturday, the task force arrested three men. Those arrested include 24-year-old William Reese from Catonsville, 20-year-old Oscar Rodriguez from Lanham, and 21-year-old Jose Capistran-Lopez from Silver Spring.
