RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — A man arrested at a Raleigh school exposed his genitals for "arousing and gratifying his sexual desire" to four children—ages 12, 13, 14, and 15—according to Raleigh police and an arrest warrant.

The incident took place Sunday, with John Lumichael Cooper Sr., 34, arrested at 733 Fayetteville St., the parking lot for Washington Magnet Elementary School, according to arrest records.

Cooper is facing four felony counts of indecent exposure—public indecency minor and three other indecent exposure charges, the arrest warrant said.

The four felonies involving children happened on a public street and involved the suspect exposing his entire private area, the warrant said.
