ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - A man is accused of kidnapping two women from Tower Grove Park.

Charging documents allege that Austin Johnell Fitzgerald, 61, approached two women at Tower Grove Park on Friday. According to court documents, Fitzgerald approached the women from behind with a black pistol-like gun and stated, “You two are coming with me.”

Fitzgerald then reportedly grabbed the arm of one woman, but when she resisted, he ordered her to follow him in her vehicle. He then ordered the other victim inside his car and drove away after she activated her car alarm and started yelling for help.

Court documents state that with the victim inside his car, Fitzgerald put a gun on his lap and groped the woman. He also allegedly grabbed her purse and demanded money.
