CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - An 18-year-old Cleveland boy will be sentenced Wednesday, for causing a deadly crash while speeding in a stolen Kia.
On July 8, Monroe Larkin III pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicular homicide and felonious assault.
In August 2023, Larkin crashed the stolen car into another vehicle at Pearl and Altoona Roads in Cleveland’s Old Brooklyn neighborhood.
A passenger in the vehicle Larkin struck, Janet Reyes, 21, was killed instantly.
The driver, Maylyn Navarro, suffered severe injuries.

Reyes had just flown into town from Arizona to visit her family for a week.
