SOUTH SIOUX CITY, Neb. (KTIV) - Thousands are without power in South Sioux City, Nebraska.
The Nebraska Public Power District is reporting over 2,600 outages across the city.
According to the South Sioux City Facebook page, 2 substations are down and crews are working to restore power.
As of about 3 p.m. Wednesday, the community’s city hall is closed until power is restored.
