A man listed among the pastors of a church in Claremore and on the board of education for an associated private school has been charged in a peeping Tom case.
Kendrick Oakley, 34, for whom an arrest warrant was issued Wednesday in Tulsa County District Court, was booked into the Rogers County jail just after 5 p.m. that same day on a hold for Tulsa County, records show.
Oakley is accused of trying to record under a woman’s skirt 11 times in 16 minutes at a south Tulsa Hobby Lobby store.
According to the websites for Destiny Life Church and Claremore Christian School, which is associated with the church, Oakley is a pastor at the church and on the school board.
