GRAND ISLAND, Neb. (KSNB) - An 88-year-old man is facing a new allegation of stalking, according to Grand Island Police.

GIPD responded to a report of a man, identified as Floyd Leiser Jr., stalking a woman and her children. The report said Leiser was trying to get a 14-year-old girl away from her parent.

Police said the victims were able to get to a safe place to call for help. GIPD referred Leiser to the county attorney’s office for stalking.

Leiser already is facing two felony charges in Hall County connected to this same child victim.

Back in late June, Grand Island Police said Floyd Leiser attempted to entice a teen girl away from their parent while at Pier Park. Police said the attempt included motioning and verbalizing for the child to get into his pickup truck.
