CHICOPEE, MA (WGGB/WSHM) - The City of Chicopee’s National Night Out was held Wednesday evening at Sarah Jane Sherman Park.

The goal of national night out, which is held in communities across the country, is to strengthen the relationships between local law enforcement and the neighborhoods they serve.

Last year, Chicopee’s National Night Out was recognized as the 13th best city to host the event in the entire country, and this year the city says their expecting a record-breaking turnout with more than 120 vendors in attendance.
