Traffic Alert: Lane Closure planned along Second Street in Henderson

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEVV) — A traffic alert may impact some Henderson families on the First Day of school.

City officials say starting around mid-morning Thursday, August 7th, there will be a lane closure along Second Street.

We're told the right Eastbound lane, between Adams and Ingram Street, will not be open.

Officials say this is due to construction activity at the new Fire Station 1.

The area will be closed for 3 to 4 weeks.
