CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (WV News) — Patrick B. Ford, former Bridgeport City manager, has filed an answer to the federal lawsuit brought against him, the City of Bridgeport and former interim city manager Mark Rogers by former city engineer Beth A. Fox.
Ford’s response, filed this week in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of West Virginia, denies many of Fox’s allegations and asserts several affirmative defenses.
