CIRCLEVILLE, OH — The Circleville Police Department had a busy day on Tuesday, August 6, 2025, responding to a total of 63 calls for service ranging from routine patrols to more serious incidents such as threats, domestic disputes, and traffic accidents.

Heavy Overnight Patrols and Community Safety Checks

The day began just after midnight with a series of extra patrols throughout the city, including locations such as North Court Street, Wood Lane, Logan Street, East and West Union Streets, and U.S. Route 23. Officers also conducted a well-being check and handled several traffic stops, including one that resulted in a warning and another involving an open door with no report taken.
