OURAY COUNTY, Colo. (KREX) - A crash occurred on Red Mountain Pass near Bear Creek Tunnel Thursday, marking the second collision on the pass and the third on U.S. Highway 550 this week.

According to the Ouray County Sheriff's Office, the crash happened around 11:20 a.m. near mile marker 91. Delays are expected as traffic is currently alternating lanes.

The sheriff's office asked drivers to "please be extremely cautious and give room for first responders."

There has been no word on the number of vehicles involved and the extent of injuries.
