SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) - Ever made a steak board? Try this one.

Ingredients:

One baguette cut into half-inch slices

Five tablespoons of olive oil

Two tablespoons of pesto

12 ounces of steak seasoned, sliced, and cooled

Two large Tomatoes

One package of sliced fresh mozzarella

1 tbsp. chopped oregano or basil

Three tablespoons of reduced balsamic vinegar

Brush slices of bread with two tablespoons of olive oil and grill until golden brown. Cut tomatoes into quarter-inch slices. On a tray, add two cups of fresh arugula. Layer tomatoes and mozzarella on top of arugula. Place the steak next to the tomatoes and mozzarella. And fill the last section of the tray with grilled bread.
