NEOSHO, Mo. — One week after the Neosho City Council voted in favor on first reading of a proposal to sell Neosho’s water and wastewater systems to Missouri American, the city is hosting a town hall to allow residents to have their say.

The town hall is scheduled to start at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 12, at the Neosho Municipal Auditorium, 109 W. Main St. ×
