CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (WV News) — A 45-year-old Clarksburg already facing two sex-related charges in Harrison County is now accused of possessing cocaine with the intent to deliver.

Harrison Sheriff's Detective Tyler Hall, also of the Mountaineer Highway Interdiction Team, charged Edward Lamar Tyler after home incarceration officers searching Tyler's Brown Street address alleged they found about $5,000 in cash, ziplock-style baggies and a larger bag with 268 grams of a white powder that tentatively tested positive for cocaine.

Tyler said he didn't have a job, but that the money was from online gambling, Hall alleged.

Tyler pleaded not guilty and is presumed innocent. Magistrate Kevin Renzelli set a $90,000 10/90 bond.
