SIOUX CITY, Iowa (KCAU) — The new school year is inching closer, and summer is slipping away!

Say goodbye to Sioux City's Municipal Band season and Saturday in the Park! Summer is coming to a close. Don't worry, through, you can still enjoy some summer activities before fall is officially here.

Swimming

Sioux City's swimming pools are still open but not for much longer. They'll close on August 10. This is also the case for South Sioux City's outdoor pool. If you want to hit the water, better go soon!

Camping

Want to go camping?

If you're in Sioux City, most of the Stone Park campground is open until October 15. For South Sioux City, their Scenic Park Campground is open year-round!
