CHILLICOTHE, OH — After nearly two decades of transformational leadership, Jeff Graham , president and CEO of Adena Health , has announced his retirement, effective September 30, 2025 . The Adena Health Board of Trustees has unanimously appointed Katherine “Kathi” Edrington , current Chief Operating Officer, as the organization’s next president and CEO, effective October 1, 2025 .

Graham, a Portsmouth native, began his journey with Adena in 1999 and was appointed CEO in 2017. Under his leadership, Adena Health experienced expansive growth, doubling in size and strengthening its regional footprint across nine counties. Notable accomplishments during his tenure include:
