PHILLIPS, Calif. —
Traffic was backed up on Highway 50 in El Dorado County after a "sleepy driver" crashed their box truck and caused a major fuel leak, the California Highway Patrol said Thursday morning.
It happened on Highway 50 in the Aspen Creek Area around 9:30 a.m.
According to CHP, traffic is being held in both directions so crews can remove the vehicle. Hazmat crews are on scene to clean up the fuel leak. This content is imported from Twitter.
