A new community-based outpatient clinic will be located in Rolla, Missouri.

Harry S. Truman Memorial Veterans' Hospital celebrated a groundbreaking ceremony for the new Rolla Veterans Affairs clinic on Thursday, according to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

The ceremony took place on the construction site for the new outpatient clinic, located at 13063 Old Wire Road in Rolla.

The multispecialty clinic is expected to be open to the public by summer 2027.

The clinic will replace the St. James facility, which is located 10 miles down the road.

The new facility will include 27 exam rooms, six eye lanes, seven dental treatment rooms, two physical and occupational therapy rooms, five telehealth rooms and 16 behavioral health rooms for consultations, according to a release from the V
