RALEIGH, N.C. (WECT) - Wake Tech has announced it will be launching a new radio technician program in partnership with the North Carolina Association of Broadcasters (NCAB).
According to the school, the 10-week NCAB Broadcast Technology Academy program will provide students with the technical skills and knowledge necessary for a career in the broadcasting industry through a combination of classroom instruction and hands-on training.
Program participants will be prepared to sit for the Society of Broadcast Engineers Certified Broadcast Technologist exam and will be connected to industry professionals.
NCAB will cover the cost of tuition, fees, and books, and additional funds will be available to help with other expenses for students who attend all classes and meet workload and grade re
